Chemoinformatics BIP 2026 Registration

🌟 Note: Students who secure Erasmus+ funding will be placed on the priority list for admission to the program. We highly recommend starting this process immediately.

Step-by-Step: How to Apply for an Erasmus+ BIP Grant

  1. Contact Your Home University: Erasmus+ funds are managed directly by your home university. Find and email your Erasmus+ Coordinator or International Office immediately to inform them you are applying for a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) worth 5 ECTS.
  2. Verify Eligibility & Deadlines: Ask your coordinator for the specific application forms and internal deadlines required by your institution.
  3. Prepare Your Learning Agreement: You will need to fill out an Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for Short-Term Mobility to ensure your home university recognizes the credits.
  4. Submit Your Grant Agreement: Once approved, you will sign a contract awarding you a daily allowance (and potentially a travel grant) to support your physical mobility to Ljubljana.

You can read more about standard funding rules on the official European Commission Erasmus+ Website.
